Rizzly Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rizzly, Inc. (“Rizzly,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit rizzly.io or use the Rizzly platform (together, the “Service”), and the choices you have.
Rizzly serves two groups of people: our customers — the investors, wholesalers, brokers, and lead providers who hold a Rizzly account — and property owners whose information reaches Rizzly as a lead. This policy covers both.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us, information created as you use the Service, and information we receive from partners and data providers.
- Account and profile information. Your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), role, and workspace name, plus the name, email address, and profile photo Google shares when you sign in with Google.
- Business and compliance information. Company name, business address, tax identifier, website, and contact details you provide to set up billing or to register a phone number for business texting (10DLC).
- Payment information. Billing contact, transaction history, and credit balance. Card and bank account details are collected and stored by our payment processors, Stripe and Mercury; Rizzly receives only limited details such as the card brand, last four digits, and payment status.
- Communications content. Text messages, emails, call recordings, call transcripts, notes, and attachments you send, receive, or upload through the Service, including conversations with leads.
- Usage and device information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken, and error and performance diagnostics, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Analytics).
- Lead information. Information about property owners, described in the next section.
Information About Property Owners (Leads)
When a property owner asks for an offer or for information about selling a property — on a Rizzly form, on a lead provider’s website, or through an ad on a platform such as Facebook or TikTok — the information they submit may be delivered to Rizzly. That can include their name, phone number, email address, property address, details about the property and their situation, and a record of the consent they gave to be contacted, such as a TrustedForm certificate.
To verify and complete a lead, we may combine it with information from other sources, including public property records, property valuations and listings, phone number validation, and contact data providers.
We use lead information to verify the lead, detect duplicates and fraud, and offer the lead to Rizzly customers who buy leads in that market. Where the owner agreed to be contacted, Rizzly or the customer may reach out by text, email, or phone, including through automated or AI-assisted systems.
If you are a property owner and want to stop hearing from us, reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email [email protected]. A customer who purchased your information is independently responsible for its own use of it and for honoring your request to stop contacting you.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including the lead marketplace, CRM, outreach, calendar, and call coaching features.
- Process payments, credits, refunds, and replacements.
- Send the texts, emails, and calls that you or your team start or schedule through the Service.
- Provide AI-assisted features such as automated conversations with leads, reply drafting, call transcripts, and live call coaching.
- Verify leads, detect duplicates, and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
- Communicate with you about your account, security, billing, and changes to our terms and policies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications and consumer protection rules, and enforce our Terms of Use.
Google User Data
You can sign in with Google, and you can connect your Google account to Rizzly to use your Gmail address and Google Calendar in the Service. Rizzly asks only for the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen and uses each one only as described here:
- Basic profile (name, email address, profile photo). To create your Rizzly account and sign you in.
- Google Calendar (view and edit events; see calendars you can access). To show your Google Calendar events alongside your Rizzly appointments, to check when you are busy so that leads and teammates are offered only open times, and to create, update, or delete calendar events for appointments you book or edit in Rizzly.
- Gmail (send email on your behalf). To send the emails you write or schedule in Rizzly, such as messages to leads, from your own Gmail address. Rizzly cannot read, search, or delete the email in your Gmail account.
Rizzly stores the access tokens Google issues so these features keep working, the identifier of each calendar event Rizzly creates, and a copy of each email you send through Rizzly as part of that conversation’s history. Events Rizzly did not create are read from Google when you view your calendar or when Rizzly checks your availability; Rizzly does not keep a copy of them.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We share it only as needed to provide the features above, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Rizzly staff do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is necessary for security, or the law requires it.
Rizzly, Inc.’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google at any time in your Rizzly account settings, which deletes the Google tokens Rizzly holds, or revoke Rizzly’s access from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. If Google is the only way you sign in to Rizzly, or to delete other data we hold, email [email protected].
AI Features
Some features use artificial intelligence, including automated text and phone conversations with leads, live call transcription, and coaching cues during calls. To provide them, we send the relevant content — such as message history, call audio, or transcripts — to AI and speech recognition providers that process it on our behalf. We do not use your content, or the content of your conversations with leads, to train generalized AI models.
Calls placed or coached through Rizzly may be recorded and transcribed when those features are turned on.
Data Retention
We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After that, we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy — such as keeping transaction, refund, and consent records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, tax, and telecommunications record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and signed, expiring links for sensitive files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account has been compromised, email [email protected] right away.
Your Choices & Rights
- Account information. You can review and update your profile in your account settings, or ask us to correct it.
- Messages from Rizzly. Reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send you messages about your account, security, and billing.
- Google access. Disconnect Google as described in Google User Data.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Where the law allows, an authorized agent may make a request for you.
- Opting out of the sale of lead information. Because we provide lead information to customers who buy it, some state laws treat that as a “sale” of personal information. A property owner can opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell” and the phone number and property address they submitted.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where We Process Information
Rizzly, Inc. is based in the United States, and the Service is intended for use in the United States. Information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at /privacy, with the date it was last updated. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
